Place a couple of ice cubes in a tumbler, pour in drink and garnish with a pared slice of zest from both an organic lemon and an organic orange. Enjoy.
Sacred Vesper
-based on a cocktail served to James Bond in Casino Royale (1953)
- 3 shots Sacred Gin
- 1 shot Sacred Vodka
- 1 shot Sacred Amber Vermouth or Lillet Blanc
- a few drops Angostura bitters
Stir with ice, pour into a frozen cocktail glass and garnish with a large crushed slice of lemon peel
Sacred Martini
- as served by Alessandro Palazzi, Dukes Hotel Bar London:
Coat the inside of a chilled glass with a few
drops of vermouth. Pour in 2 shots of Sacred Gin
directly from the freezer. Take a lemon and pare
a long slice of zest, avoiding the pith. Hold it
over the glass, pith side upwards and squeeze
widthways so the surface of the drink is coated in oil.
Rub the rim of the glass with the zest and drop into the martini. Enjoy.
