Star Anise is a distinctly oriental style of Anise flavour, and indeed this Organic Star Anise originates in Vietnam.  Our vacuum distillation process captures the wonderful volatile oils, leaving behind woody solids, and interestingly about 4% Shikimic Acid, the fundamental precursor in Oseltamivir (Tamiflu) synthesis.

Mixed Citrus

This is a blend of fresh cut Orange, Lemon and Lime vacuum distillate.  Perhaps ingredient number 2 if you are constructing your own gin. 40% abv in a 20cl bottle.  Good drinking strength in terms of aromatic power, though you may want to dilute it at first.
